We manufacture our sun shade sails from premium HDPE. A 320gsm high density woven fabric which is extremely durable, versatile and lightweight.
Our shade netting is designed to deliver excellent strength, airflow and long-lasting performance. The breathable fabric construction allows adequate airflow while maintaining excellent shade coverage. This helps maintain cooler areas in playgrounds and outdoor seating during warmer months.
Every shade sail is complete with reinforced webbing edges and heavy-duty stainless steel D-rings. This allows for easy and secure fitting to existing structures. This ensures the sail remains stable, even in busy school environments where durability and safety are essential.
Protective Sun Shade Tarpaulin
Our woven material is UV resistant, reducing exposure to UV rays by up to 97%.
Protecting students from excessive sun exposure is increasingly important. Our shade sails help reduce exposure to harmful UV rays, with varying colours offering between 75% and 95% shade. This makes them ideal for safe outdoor learning areas, shaded playgrounds, and protected seating spaces. Students can spend time outside with reduced UV exposure.

The material is water repellent as the specific HDPE yarns do not absorb moisture. This allows them to be rot-resistant and so they do not decay even when exposed to outdoor elements. It maintains both its strength and appearance over time, even with constant outdoor exposure.
